To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adult Weather, its operator, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed five U.S. dollars ($5.00), which is reasonable given that you paid nothing to use the Site.
